It was exactly what kraid said, it has to do with disconnecting while carrying the flag. I just went and looked, and fixed it for the next update, but this ones gonna be longer than a week

Yea, it seems to me this happens when the flag carrier leaves the server.

No! Maybe you remember the game, I also lost the red flag one time in one of the ways out to the bridges (the right way from the blue team). I didn't leave the server, I think I died there...
