What is a Valkyrie?

Valkyries in Norse mythology were a group of elite women fighters chosen by Odin himself. They were icons of women’s strength, confidence, and courage. While still being full of beauty, grace, and caring.

 

My main objective with this 12-week online fitness program isn’t to just help you lose a few pounds or to tone up your arms. It’s to help women achieve new levels of strength and confidence. More than they ever thought they could achieve or deserve.

 

I want to help you become a warrior queen that is the most confident, successful, and strongest version of yourself.

 

Because in a world full of basic bitches be a Valkyrie.

You can either post in the Facebook group or message me privately and we can do a 1 on 1 call and figure out how to get you back to kicking ass ASAP!

  • RPE – Rate of Perceived Exertion, a scale of 1-10 on how hard something is. 1 being nothing, 10 being a max effort.
  • RIR – Reps in Reserve, how many reps you have left in you. 0 being absolutely no reps left and working from there.
  • AMRAP – As many reps (or rounds) as possible.
  • ALAP – As long as possible.
  • DB – Dumbbell.
  • KB – Kettlebell.
  • RFT – Rounds for time.
  • 2x Warmup – Do 2 (or however many the number says) warm-up sets before you start the working weights.
  • Rest-Pause Set – An intentionally hard set where you can pause in the middle for 5-10 seconds then start again to finish the reps.
